Dual Enrollment Registration Information

Note: There will be different steps for you depending on whether you are a new student or a returning student! Be sure you follow the directions accordingly!

Remember: You will need to register for both fall and spring!
Everything is online - but here are a few hints and reminder in case you get stuck!
1. You have several numbers that are important: Social Security Number, MEID, and Student ID Number. Rio will NEVER want to know your MR student ID number! :) So, don't give that to them!
2. Be sure that your student name and MEID are on both pages of the form.
3. Be sure you sign up with me for BOTH semesters.
4. No question can be left unanswered, everything must be completed.
5. Payment is NOT included - you will be billed! You can pay by check, cash, or credit card!
6. Juniors can have no more than two dual classes per semester.
7. The entire form must be typed - it cannot be printed out and handwritten. And, be sure you and a parent signs the form! You cannot save the form as you type it, so keep that in mind as you are filling out your information.
8. If you need financial aid, you can apply for a scholarship to cover the first semester and/or the second semester. The information is at the bottom of the dual link, but it can also be reached here: http://www.riosalado.edu/programs/dual/Documents/TuitionAssistance.pdf DO NOT HIT SUBMIT WHEN YOU FINISH FILLING OUT THE FORM!!!!! You will need to staple your scholarship application to your registration forms when you submit them to your instructor.
9. Please carefully review the tuition information!
10. You can register for all your classes on one form! Just let your instructor know who you paid and actually turned the form in to!
11. Don't forget your registration form MUST be typed. Yep, I know I already said this!
